Proper Italian, designed by chef Fabio Morisi — bar and kitchen open Tuesday to Saturday evenings, plus a relaxed pizzabar Thursday-to-Sunday afternoons (1–5pm) if lunch calls for something simpler. Dinner that doesn't feel like "resort food."
